The role requires partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, delivering market insights, proactive sourcing strategies and a superior candidate experience across multiple business functions.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end recruitment across multiple role types.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping capability.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain proactive talent pipelines.
• Experience with employer branding and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across ANZ with a focus on sales and BD roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
• Build, maintain and nurture proactive talent pipelines.
• Utilise a variety of sourcing channels to identify high-quality talent.
• Manage job briefs, advertising, screening, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Conduct interviews and assessments and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and People teams on workforce planning.
