• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Ability to build relationships with leaders and teams.
• Comfort with multiple priorities and structured processes.

Responsabilités

• Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition across a broad range of roles.
• Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high-quality talent.
• Provide guidance on recruitment, assessment and selection practices.
• Manage candidate assessment activities and recruitment technologies.
• Drive a positive candidate experience and employer brand initiatives.
• Support recruitment reporting and analytics with insights.
