Job summary

Avant by Doctors for Doctors is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire top talent across the Avant Group. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will partner with leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment and contribute to workforce planning.

You’ll join a collaborative team, build your expertise, influence hiring outcomes and help shape an exceptional candidate experience across graduate to senior leadership roles.

Qualifications

• Some experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, either in-house or agency-based.
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new sourcing techniques.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborative, pragmatic and solutions-focused approach.
• Confidence using recruitment systems and MS Office applications.
• An interest in employer branding, candidate experience and recruitment best practice.
• Qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline will be viewed favourably but are not essential.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in attracting and hiring great talent across the Avant Group. About You

You are a recruitment professional who enjoys building relationships, creating great candidate experiences and helping leaders find the right talent. You may have experience in an internal Talent Acquisition team, a recruitment agency, or a mix of both, and you’re keen to continue developing your career in talent acquisition.

You’ll be confident managing recruitment activities, working with a range of stakeholders and juggling multiple priorities, while bringing a proactive and customer‑focused approach to your work.

We’re looking for someone who brings:
