Avant is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to attract and hire great talent across the Avant Group in Sydney. You will partner with leaders, deliver end-to-end recruitment and contribute to workforce planning and talent initiatives.

You will build expertise, influence hiring outcomes and shape an exceptional candidate experience across graduate to senior roles. A collaborative, proactive, customer-focused approach is valued.

Qualifications

• You are a recruitment professional who builds relationships and delivers end-to-end recruitment support.
• You collaborate with leaders and stakeholders to identify talent needs and plan workforce strategies.
• You are curious, eager to learn new sourcing, assessment and attraction techniques.
• You manage multiple priorities with a proactive, customer-focused approach.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Experience with recruitment systems and MS Office is advantageous.
• Interest in employer branding and candidate experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end talent acquisition across graduate to senior leadership roles.
• Partner with leaders to develop workforce plans and role requirements.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
• Guide people leaders on recruitment, assessment and selection practices.
• Manage candidate assessment activities and recruitment technologies.
• Drive a positive candidate experience and support employer branding initiatives.
• Support recruitment reporting and analytics to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with People & Culture on broader people programs.
