Job summary

STRIKEFORCE AMC is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner (ISP) / Vendor Replenishment Planner (VRP) based in Bella Vista, NSW. This 12‑month full-time role interfaces with Woolworths and suppliers to optimize replenishment and forecasting across the supply chain.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to meet OB SL and inventory targets, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in supply and/or demand planning and forecasting within the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of Woolworths replenishment systems, including SAP/ERP, JDA and/or RELEX.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong analytical capability with a problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key interface between Woolworths and suppliers to ensure efficient supply chains.
• Achieve OB SL and inventory targets while driving end-to-end process improvements.
• Analyze performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities and enhance replenishment.
