Job summary

MAAS Group is seeking a Supply Planner to manage inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with procurement, production and logistics across Brisbane or Newcastle. The role focuses on balancing stock levels with customer demand while minimising excess inventory.

The ideal candidate has 2–5 years in supply planning, strong Excel and ERP experience, and familiarity with import/export operations. A relevant degree and professional certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Commerce, or related field.
• Experience with import/export shipping operations and international regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP system experience (SAP/Oracle/D365).

Responsibilities

• Monitor inventory levels to prevent shortages and excess stock.
• Develop and maintain supply plans aligned with demand forecasts.
• Raise and manage purchase orders and supplier schedules.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, logistics and warehouse teams.
