Job summary

Haleon is seeking an Integrated Supply Planner/Vendor Replenishment Planner to join the ANZ Sales team. The role links Sales, Demand Planning and Supply Chain to optimise forecast accuracy and product availability for key pharmacy customers.

You will analyse sales and inventory data, manage replenishment to Chemist Warehouse and Sigma, and drive continuous improvements in stock availability and service levels across distribution centres.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, replenishment planning, or FMCG.
• Strong Excel and data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage replenishment of Haleon products into Chemist Warehouse and Sigma DCs.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock targets.
• Analyze sales, forecast and inventory data for risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, Supply Chain and customers to align forecasts.
• Develop and maintain customer supply scorecards and KPI reporting.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities in replenishment processes.
