Job summary

Tasmania is seeking a high-impact Stakeholder Engagement Coordinator to support government, industry and partner engagement across Australia. You will manage external engagement opportunities, executive preparedness, and milestone-driven activity, collaborating with senior leaders to deliver polished, purposeful communications and events.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in stakeholder coordination or related external affairs roles.
• Experience in government or corporate environments is highly regarded.
• Strong written and verbal communication with ability to prepare executive-level materials.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement planning aligned with priorities and strategies.
• Coordinate ministerial, executive and stakeholder engagements, including events.
• Prepare high-quality briefing notes, speaking points, presentations and collateral.
• Track engagement outcomes and follow-up actions to ensure progression.
