Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking a Stakeholder Engagement Manager to lead relationships with customers, software providers and industry bodies from our Sydney office. This role sits in the Stakeholder Engagement team and focuses on delivering engagement strategies, coordinating governance forums and driving industry readiness initiatives.

You will build senior-level partnerships, draft communications, and manage incidents or disruptions with clear, timely updates. Hybrid work arrangements are supported.

Qualifications

• Must have a tertiary qualification in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Business, Law, or Communications or 5+ years in a related discipline.
• Experience in stakeholder engagement, customer relationship management or industry affairs functions.
• Ability to engage and influence senior executives and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional written, verbal and presentation communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute stakeholder engagement activities according to approved strategies and plans.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with customers, software providers, industry bodies and other stakeholders.
• Act as primary contact for allocated stakeholders and coordinate responses across ASX teams.
• Identify, monitor and escalate stakeholder risks, issues and feedback as appropriate.
• Coordinate participation in governance forums, consultation activities and working groups.
• Prepare agendas, papers, presentations, records and engagement reporting.
• Deliver activities supporting industry readiness, adoption and change initiatives.
• Draft and distribute stakeholder communications and briefing materials.
• Support stakeholder coordination during operational incidents and disruptions.
• Contribute insights and market intelligence to support business objectives.
