Tassal Group is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to build and maintain a vibrant network of supporters from Hobart and across Tasmania. The role reports to the General Manager of Corporate Affairs & Community and drives the community engagement function, representing Tassal in local forums and travel for nationwide projects.

• Experience building and sustaining communities with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to plan and execute events in partnership with key partners.
• Demonstrated leadership of small teams and cross-functional collaborators.
• Strong written and verbal communication for strategic advice and updates.

Responsibilities

• Manage and engage Tassal’s community engagement function, including events and representation in the community.
• Develop and execute a strategic stakeholder engagement program across key jurisdictions.
• Lead Community Advisory Groups and community notifications process, ensuring proactive local advice.
• Lead three direct reports and oversee Tassal’s Seafood Shop in Salamanca, delivering value to Tassal and the community.
