Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading strategy and communications in a statutory or government environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and review of organisational strategy and strategic plans.
• Provide strategic advice to the CEO, Executive Team and Board on risks, opportunities and policy developments.
• Monitor political, regulatory and sector trends and assess their impact on priorities and reporting.
• Lead planning, governance requirements and reporting to support project delivery across the organisation.
• Represent the agency in strategic areas and engage with regulators and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate Board forward planning, agendas and paper preparation.
• Oversee the Annual Report and Corporate Plan delivery and reporting.
• Coordinate reporting and meeting preparation for project committees and governance groups.
• Support project planning by providing strategic oversight to manage risks and progress.
• Lead internal and external communications strategies to enhance stakeholder engagement and access to information.
