Job summary

nxzen is seeking an experienced Solution Architect with 8–12 years in designing and delivering complex solutions. You will lead architecture governance, embed disaster recovery disciplines, and advise senior stakeholders across client organisations.

You will translate business requirements into scalable architectures, build trusted client relationships, and contribute to roadmaps, business cases and presales.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of designing and delivering complex solutions.
• Able to identify customer challenges and promote effective solutions.
• Capable of eliciting business requirements from multiple stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into technical blocks and infrastructure.
• Assist customers with business cases for recommended options.
• Direct interaction with customers throughout projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in client-facing settings.
• Experience in utilities and presales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Demands demonstrable ability to influence and advise customers on process and technology matters in high-pressure environments.
• Concentrates on solution architecture, data and integration design, governance, and stakeholder advisory.
• Provide leadership for design, governance, and evolution of DR solutions aligned with objectives and standards.
• Develop deep customer relationships and champion innovative solutions.
• Translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures.
• Provide trusted advisory support to senior client stakeholders.
• Support business cases, roadmaps and implementation strategies.
• Develop Solution Architecture for Digital Reality initiatives with DR domain experts.
• Provide architectural leadership across solutions, data and integration design.
• Establish and maintain architecture and data standards.
