Job summary

ServiceRocket is seeking a Solutions Architect to lead strategic customer engagements within the Atlassian ecosystem. You will shape roadmaps, design robust integrations, and guide enterprise clients through complex technology transformations.

You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams, advise on governance, and help drive adoption of AI enhancements across customers’ Atlassian environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Atlassian consultant, solutions architect, or pre‑sales.
• Proven change management experience with enterprise customers.
• Mentoring experience for other consultants or architects.
• Certifications in Enterprise Architecture, ITIL, DevOps or Change Management are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic solution roadmap discussions with customers, aligning objectives with Atlassian capabilities and AI enhancements.
• Map initiatives to KPIs showing value of Atlassian platform and System of Work.
• Act as trusted advisor to customer stakeholders, mentoring teams and guiding adoption.
• Set a compelling vision for outcomes and drive organizational change.
• Identify additional product opportunities within customer organizations.
• Participate in strategic sales, proposals, and ongoing account planning.
