Job summary

Atlassian is seeking a Senior CSA (AI) to join the Customer Success Architect team. You’ll drive adoption of the Rovo AI platform, partnering with enterprise teams to turn pilots into production value.

The role emphasizes technical leadership, playbook ownership, and enablement with Product and Engineering. You’ll lead through domain expertise, collaborate with Pre- and Post-Sales, and expand AI reach while traveling up to 15% for events and customer meetings.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in Customer Success, AI consulting, or technical advisory roles.
• Experience leading complex enterprise SaaS engagements without direct reports.
• Deep expertise in AI platforms and Atlassian ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Lead time-boxed, co-built AI engagements for measurable value.
• Design custom Rovo agents and integrate third-party connectors.
• Deploy from sandbox to production and scale post-engagement.
• Own engagement methodology and build playbooks for repeatability.
• Bridge Product & Field, and collaborate with Sales teams.
• Travel up to 15% domestically and internationally.
