Job summary

Mammoet is seeking a proactive Planner to join our Australian Planning & Logistics team in Perth, focusing on coordinating personnel and equipment for shutdowns across the Pilbara. Based at Booragoon Head Office, this full-time role supports safe and efficient delivery for our clients.

The role involves forecasting resources, building jobs in SAP and Assignar, and coordinating mobilisation plans, with close collaboration to site management and other planners. Monday–Friday, Perth-based.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and/or scheduling.
• Experience with SAP and/or Assignar (or similar systems).
• Strong problem-solving and calm under pressure.
• High attention to detail and accurate forecast data.
• Team-oriented and collaborative with other planners.
• Exposure to shutdown, maintenance or mining operations is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate equipment and personnel forecasting for shutdowns.
• Build jobs in Assignar and SAP and allocate resources.
• Coordinate mobilisation and demobilisation plans for equipment and DIDO personnel.
• Act as main point of contact for site manager.
