Kuehne+Nagel Brisbane seeks a Sea Logistics Sales Representative who turns opportunities into partnerships. You’ll listen to customers, understand their challenges, and build supply chain solutions that support growth with reliability and trust across the global network.

You’ll own the sales pipeline, collaborate with Customer Care and Pricing teams, monitor the market, and focus on satisfaction, retention and reactivation through proactive service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics or supply chain operations, preferably international freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions.
• Proactive, solutions-focused approach to optimise customer experience.
• Clear and confident communication with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Drive growth: Own, monitor, and lead all sales activities, nurturing prospects through the pipeline to close profitable and sustainable deals.
• Collaborate closely: Align with Customer Care Location Managers, Pricing, and Sea Logistics Business Development teams to ensure competitive and strategic decisions.
• Know the market: Monitor competition, gather marketplace intelligence, and adapt strategies to stay ahead.
• Champion customers: Report feedback, support resolutions, and ensure smooth onboarding in collaboration with colleagues in the Customer Care unit.
• Keep records precise: Maintain and update customer information in internal systems, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
• Engage and retain: Focus on satisfaction, retention, and reactivation through high-quality service delivery.
