Job summary

NSW Department of Customer Service – Sydney CBD NSW is seeking a Senior Scheme Policy & Design Advisor to join the Scheme Design directorate within the Regulatory Strategy & Stewardship division. Ongoing employment with a salary range of AU$133,348–AU$146,945 plus superannuation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Undertaking research, analysis and review of complex scheme design issues to develop evidence-based policy options and recommended solutions to resolve problems and mitigate risks.
• Leading the preparation of expert advice and information for stakeholders.
• Communicating with key stakeholders, drafting correspondence and coordinating stakeholder consultations.
• Providing project leadership for scheme initiatives.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to inform and develop scheme design initiatives.
• Contributing to the work of the broader scheme design team as needed.
• Mentoring and guiding scheme design advisors to successfully deliver priorities and policy initiatives
