Job summary

Truckline in Caboolture is seeking an experienced Account Manager to own a defined territory, develop strong customer relationships and grow sales and market share.

Reporting to the State Sales Manager, you will work with branch teams and customers to deliver tailored solutions, negotiate pricing, and drive long-term business growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in Account Management, Business Development or Territory Sales.
• Proven track record of achieving sales and growth targets.
• Strong relationship-building and customer engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an established portfolio of customer accounts
• Develop strong relationships with transport operators, workshops, fleets and trade customers
• Identify new business opportunities and convert them into sustainable growth
• Develop and execute territory and account growth plans
• Conduct regular customer visits, reviews and business discussions
• Collaborate with branch teams to deliver exceptional customer service
• Promote Truckline's extensive range of products and solutions
• Analyse customer performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and market developments
• Prepare sales forecasts, account plans and performance reports
• Negotiate pricing and commercial agreements in line with business objectives
