Job summary

Eucalyptus AU is seeking a Planning & Procurement Manager to build and lead the function as the business scales within the Hims & Hers portfolio. This role is hands-on, with responsibility for negotiations, contract design, and leading the S&OP cycle, while developing a direct report and aligning with Commercial, Clinical, Legal, and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain planning within regulated consumer goods or healthcare.
• Hands-on operator who designs frameworks and builds them end-to-end.
• Experience building procurement or planning frameworks, operating models and processes from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and build the Planning & Procurement operating model from scratch.
• Lead the S&OP process monthly with cross-functional inputs.
• Develop and own the category strategy with Commercial teams.
• Run supplier QBRs and manage performance scorecards.
• Collaborate with Legal on contracting standards and compliance.
• Oversee launches of new products from a supply perspective.
