Westgold Resources Limited is seeking a Principal Risk & Assurance professional to lead and continually improve enterprise risk management and assurance frameworks across our Western Australian mining operations. Based in Perth with a Monday to Friday roster, the role partners with stakeholders to strengthen governance and resilience across the organisation.

You will drive risk framework development, coordinate risk assessments, oversee material risks and assurance activities, and report to

Qualificações

• Significant experience in enterprise risk, assurance, governance or compliance.
• Strong understanding of risk management principles and frameworks.
• Experience facilitating risk workshops and engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication and influencing abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of Westgold's Risk Management Framework.
• Facilitate enterprise, operational and project risk assessments.
• Maintain oversight of material business risks and critical controls.
• Develop and coordinate assurance programs across the organisation.
• Monitor, analyse and report on risk performance and emerging risks.
• Provide risk insights and recommendations to senior leaders.
• Support business continuity and organisational resilience initiatives.
• Drive risk management capability and risk culture across the business.
• Develop meaningful reporting for Executive Leadership and governance committees.
