Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the CPC Team with clear expectations and accountability.
• Own and continuously improve the CPC Team service model across workstreams.
• Manage programme-wide demand, prioritisation and allocation of work.
• Establish predictable team rhythms including workload reviews and forward planning.
• Provide visibility of demand, capacity, risks and dependencies; escalate early.
• Set quality standards for coordination outputs, governance artefacts and templates.
• Partner with leaders to evolve team coverage as CoreMod progresses.
• Drive cross-skilling, knowledge sharing and resilient team capability.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and people-management activities.
