Powercor is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to optimise the workforce across its Victorian network. The role focuses on building a rolling 12-month capacity plan by region, location and skill, while managing external contractor resources to support the annual works program.

You will analyse program workload, coordinate resource transfers, and monitor capacity and forecast accuracy. The position offers flexible base location with travel to multiple depots and a strong emphasis on

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification or demonstrated experience in resource/workforce planning.
• Understanding of SAP operating structure.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain a rolling 12-month resource capacity plan by location and skill.
• Maintain external/contractor resource profiles and integrate them into the overall plan.
• Analyze workload and plan resource solutions to meet program delivery.
• Coordinate resource transfers across programs and regions to maximise utilisation.
• Manage location-level capacity and utilisation reporting (actual vs forecast).
• Monitor monthly forecast vs actuals and update forecasts accordingly.
• Collaborate with the Program Planning & Controls team to deliver annual works safely and efficiently.
• Develop and implement new processes to improve delivery and team effectiveness.
• Learn from past projects and apply learnings to future work.
