Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a related field as listed.
• 3–5 years in resource planning, workforce management, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills under pressure.
• Ability to manage urgent last-minute demands with agile planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration across regions.
• Strong verbal and written communication to align stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Use FSM and planning tools to assign resources with high accuracy by skills, location and demand.
• Identify alternative allocations for urgent needs without compromising delivery.
• Communicate status, constraints and alternatives to stakeholders regularly.
• Lead escalation calls to drive prioritization for urgent requests.
• Ensure scope validation and alignment with requestors and SLAs.
• Coordinate capacity adjustments across regions and outsourcing when needed.
• Prepare documentation/tools logistics for field engineers before site arrival.
• Monitor capacity, demand and performance; propose resourcing strategies.
