Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service is seeking a recruitment professional to support managers with policies, awards and legislation to navigate recruitment.

Develop smart recruitment strategies, build candidate pools and collaborate with hiring managers to place great talent in the right roles. This role requires proactive engagement with managers, candidates and leaders to deliver timely recruitment outcomes.

Qualifications

• You know your way around recruitment, including the legislation, Awards, Directives, policies and processes that keep everything on track.
• Proactive with hiring managers, keeping recruitment moving and helping great candidates get through the door within the right timeframes.
• Consult, negotiate and connect with a diverse range of people, from candidates and teams to senior leaders.
• Great at creating genuine, productive partnerships and know how to bring people together to achieve great outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Be the recruitment guru. Bring your expert knowledge of HR policies, Awards, Agreements and legislation to help managers navigate recruitment with confidence.
• Find the right people, faster. Develop smart recruitment strategies, build strong candidate pools and work with hiring managers to fast-track great talent into the right roles.
• Be our talent champion. Get out there and showcase CQ Health at career expos, while creating engaging recruitment and onboarding training to help teams hire like pros.
• Build connections and make things happen. Partner with managers, candidates, health services and government agencies to solve problems, juggle priorities and deliver great recruitment outcomes.
