CQ Health is seeking a recruitment specialist to guide managers through HR policies, awards and legislation to recruit efficiently. You will develop smart recruitment strategies, build candidate pools, and partner with managers to place great talent in the right roles.

You’ll also showcase CQ Health at career expos and create onboarding training to help teams hire like pros, while maintaining strong partnerships with health services and government agencies.

Qualifications

Knowledge of HR policies, Awards, Directives and legislation.
Ability to proactively engage with hiring managers to keep recruitment moving.
Strong consultative and partnering skills across diverse stakeholders.
