The Queensland Government, Central Queensland Health Recruitment Services, is seeking an experienced recruitment support officer to keep vacancies moving from request to advertising, candidate communication and appointment. You will ensure accuracy and compliance across adverts and documentation, while providing helpful recruitment advice to managers and candidates.

In this role you will gather information, enter data, prepare reports and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes.

Qualifications

• Understand attraction, recruitment and selection, or you're quick to learn and ready to jump in.
• Communicate clearly, provide great customer service and enjoy helping others.
• Confident with systems and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly pick up new tools.
• Organised, reliable and proactive, work well in a team and enjoy smashing KPIs and getting great results.

Responsibilities

• Keep recruitment moving. Manage vacancies from request to advertising, candidate communication and appointment, making sure everything is on track.
• Get the details right. Prepare advertisements, correspondence, offers and recruitment documentation while keeping things accurate and compliant.
• Be the go-to support. Answer enquiries, provide helpful recruitment advice and support managers and candidates with a friendly, professional approach.
• Find it, fix it, improve it. Gather information, enter data, prepare reports and spot opportunities to make recruitment processes even better.
