Job summary

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with a well-established project delivery business across civil, mining and resources sectors. We are seeking two temporary Recruitment Consultants for short-term contracts, with potential for longer-term work on upcoming projects.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting white-collar roles in civil, mining, resources or infrastructure.
• Proven ability to source and shortlist technical professionals.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience using an ATS; JobAdder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment across civil, mining and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming workforce requirements.
• Proactively source, screen and shortlist technical and project professionals.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment activity and candidate pipelines within JobAdder.
• Support fast-moving workforce ramp-ups across remote and FIFO projects.
