Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ – Canterbury NSW is seeking a Resourcer to support our Civil team on a busy blue-collar desk. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on finding great people for civil sector roles and helping fill vacancies efficiently.

You will work closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant, sourcing candidates, advertising vacancies, screening interviews, and coordinating onboarding. No prior recruitment experience is required, and we offer a structured path into Associate

We’re looking for a Resourcerto join our Civil team, supporting a busy blue-collar recruitment desk and helping us find great people for a range of roles across the civil sector.

About the Job:

This is a hands-on role where priorities can change quickly, so you’ll need to be confident, adaptable and comfortable juggling multiple things at once.
Working closely with an experienced Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be responsible for:

• Sourcing and engaging candidates across a range of civil roles
• Advertising vacancies and proactively searching for talent
• Screening and interviewing candidates
• Completing reference checks and pre-employment requirements
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines

• Maintaining accurate candidate and job information in our systems

There will also be plenty of opportunity to learn more about the wider recruitment process and continue developing your career within the business, with pathways into Associate Consultant and Consultant roles over time.

• Is organised and able to manage multiple tasks at once

Previous recruitment experience would be great, but it’s not essential. We’re more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, confidence and drive to succeed.
