Job summary

Stellar Recruitment partners with a well-established project delivery business operating across civil, mining and resources sectors on the Sunshine Coast. We are recruiting two temporary Recruitment Consultants to support end-to-end white-collar recruitment on major civil and mining infrastructure projects.

You will source, screen and manage candidates through recruitment, working closely with hiring managers and using JobAdder as the ATS.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting white-collar roles in civil/mining/infrastructure sectors.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and changing project priorities.
• Experience using an ATS, JobAdder preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end white-collar recruitment across civil, mining and infrastructure projects.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand current and upcoming workforce requirements.
• Proactively source, screen and shortlist technical and project professionals.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain recruitment activity and candidate pipelines within JobAdder.
• Support fast-moving workforce ramp-ups across remote and FIFO projects.
