Bayer AG is seeking a Strategic Account Lead ANZ to drive Radiology engagement with major healthcare organisations across Australia and New Zealand. Operating at executive level, you will cultivate relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs and procurement leaders, identifying growth opportunities and delivering long-term value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in Strategic Account Management or related leadership.
• Experience managing large, high-value customer portfolios.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience leading contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic executive relationships across national accounts.
• Identify and execute account growth strategies to drive revenue and profitability.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions.
• Conduct regular business reviews with senior stakeholders.
• Develop national key account plans aligned to objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategies.
• Build relationships with OEM partners including Siemens, GE, Philips, Canon, Fujifilm and United Imaging.
• Identify opportunities for innovative commercial and service solutions.
• Maintain stakeholder mapping and influence strategies.
• Contribute to forecasting, planning and strategic growth initiatives.
