Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Strategic Account Lead ANZ to drive radiology engagement with major healthcare organisations across Australia and New Zealand. You will operate at executive level, building relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, and procurement leaders to identify growth opportunities and negotiate complex commercial agreements.

This highly visible commercial leadership role offers remote-first work across Australia with travel to support engagement and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years in Strategic Account Management or related leadership roles.
Proven success managing high-value commercial relationships with executives.
Ability to engage, influence and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strategic relationships with executive stakeholders across national accounts.
Identify and execute growth strategies to drive revenue, profitability and partnerships.
Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions for mutual outcomes.
Conduct business reviews with senior stakeholders to uncover opportunities.
Develop national account plans aligned to broader objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategy execution.
Build relationships with OEM partners and identify new partnerships.
Maintain stakeholder mapping and influence strategies across key accounts.
Contribute to forecasting, planning and strategic growth initiatives.
