Job summary

Bayer is seeking a Strategic Account Lead ANZ to drive Radiology engagement with major healthcare organisations across Australia and New Zealand. You will build executive-level relationships, identify growth opportunities, and negotiate complex commercial agreements to deliver long-term value.

This high-visibility role requires experience in strategic accounts, enterprise sales, and senior stakeholder influence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Strategic Account Management, Enterprise Sales or a related commercial leadership role.
• Proven ability to engage, influence and negotiate with C-suite stakeholders including CEOs, CFOs, COOs and Procurement Executives.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience leading complex contract negotiations, commercial agreements and strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders across key national and multi-state customer accounts.
• Identify, develop and execute account growth strategies that drive revenue, profitability and long-term partnership outcomes.
• Lead commercial negotiations and contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial business outcomes.
• Conduct regular business reviews with senior customer stakeholders to understand organisational priorities and identify opportunities for collaboration.
• Develop and implement national key account plans aligned to broader commercial objectives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of account strategies.
