Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a purchasing manager in manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, communication and supplier management skills.
• Proven ability to control budgets and analyze data to drive cost savings.
• Excellent leadership and cross‑department coordination across multiple factories.
• Detail oriented, rigorous and able to adapt to dynamic production demands.
• Proficiency with common office software and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company‑wide procurement strategies for cabinet manufacturing.
• Coordinate procurement plans for three factories to align with production schedules.
• Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.
• Monitor material price trends and conduct cost analysis and budgeting.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate inventory control with interior teams and manage contracts and POs.
• Maintain supplier qualification files and procurement documentation.
• Track industry policies and supply chain risks in Australia.
