Qualifications

• Strong background in pre‑sales and solutioning for services‑led solutions.
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and communicate value.
• Strategic thinking to shape pursuit strategy in regulated environments.
• Commercial acumen in pricing models and public sector contracts.
• Collaborate across sales, delivery, legal and industry teams.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive decks; Excel for modelling.
• Translate technical requirements into deliverable solution constructs.

Responsibilities

• Lead orals and prepare orals presentations for client evaluations.
• Shape pursuit strategy with cross‑functional teams for tenders.
• Perform competitive analysis of public sector providers.
• Develop solution artefacts, governance, and pricing scenarios.
• Ensure proposals are feasible, compliant, and deliverable.
• Manage end‑to‑end government tender processes (RFT/RFQ/EOI).
