Lake Macquarie City Council is seeking a commercially minded Property Development Coordinator to shape a diverse property portfolio and guide a specialist team through acquisitions, divestments and development projects that deliver strong business and community outcomes.

Formación

• Degree qualifications in property and extensive team leadership experience.
• Extensive experience in development feasibility studies and land subdivision.
• Knowledge of statutory provisions for land dealings and local government property administration.
• Proven experience in leading and motivating project teams.
• Strong presentation skills to diverse audiences.
• Proven project management experience leading cross‑functional teams.
• Experience in acquiring land under the Land Acquisition (Just Terms Compensation) Act 1991.
• Valid NSW Class C Driver's Licence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Council’s Property Development team and pursue acquisition, divestment and redevelopment opportunities.
• Coordinate projects across the full development cycle from site selection to sale.
• Manage budgets, consultants and contractors while driving continuous improvement.
