Job summary

SiteMinder Limited is seeking a highly driven Senior Manager, Strategic Projects for a 12-month fixed-term contract. You will partner with our COO and Strategic Operations to resolve complex cross-functional initiatives, turning ambiguous goals into actionable plans and delivering from strategy through execution.

You will work with senior stakeholders and external partners to drive outcomes, manage risks, and ensure initiatives land smoothly while balancing business priorities and tight

Qualifications

• 8+ years in strategic projects, programme delivery, or similar environments.
• Experience delivering cross-functional initiatives in high-growth tech/B2B SaaS.
• Able to engage VP/C-level stakeholders and operate without formal authority.
• Strong project governance, planning, dependencies and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the COO and Strategic Operations to deliver high-priority initiatives from strategy to execution.
• Turn vague goals into clear project plans with milestones and owners.
• Lead end-to-end programmes, aligning multiple workstreams to critical paths.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to ensure initiatives land smoothly.
• Analyze data, reconcile information across systems and investigate issues.
• Consider pricing, contracts, data, and systems impacts across teams.
• Identify risks and dependencies and present options to senior stakeholders.
• Run governance activities: stand-ups, steering, risk tracking, logs.
• Create executive updates that communicate progress and actions.
• Hold owners accountable even without direct authority.
• Ensure new processes and systems are ready before handover to run teams.
