Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Program Manager / Senior Project Manager for a 12-month fixed-term assignment to lead a large-scale IT and CRM transformation program.

You will oversee multiple workstreams, mentor a team of Project Managers, manage senior stakeholders and third-party vendors, and drive delivery across complex CRM and application initiatives to achieve the program vision.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large IT business application/CRM programs.
• Proven ability to lead and develop other Project Managers.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Program Leadership: Provide oversight and direction to multiple concurrent project workstreams, managing a team of Project Managers to ensure execution remains aligned with the overall program vision.
• Complex CRM & Application Delivery: Drive the delivery of large-scale, enterprise-level CRM and application initiatives, managing technical complexity, integration dependencies, and business process change.
• Stakeholder & Vendor Orchestration: Navigate a complex matrix environment, engaging with senior internal stakeholders and managing performance across various delivery partners and third-party vendors.
• Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify and mitigate enterprise-level risks, resolving bottlenecks that impact delivery across workstreams and ensuring seamless integration between technical and business units.

Program Manager / Senior Project Manager is currently required for a 12 months fixed term assignment to join a leading global solution provider. This is a critical appointment for a high-profile, enterprise-level program of work. You will be responsible for orchestrating complex digital and business transformation initiatives, managing multiple workstreams, and providing leadership to a team of Project Managers. If you thrive in high-stakes environments and have a proven track record of delivering CRM, application-focused, and large-scale migration streams, this is an opportunity to lead a pivotal program of work.

What You Will Do
