Job summary

ASIO in Canberra seeks high-performing professionals to join our AE4 to AEE1 delivery teams across ICT, Facilities and Generalist streams. You will drive end-to-end project delivery within established governance and security frameworks.

Qualifications

• Experience with project management frameworks (PMP, PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile/Scrum, MPS).
• Ability to manage project scope, budgets and procurement.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and manage expectations.
• Security clearance eligibility (TOP SECRET-Privileged Access).

Responsibilities

• Maintain project documentation and briefs to support project delivery.
• Schedule team meetings, prepare agendas and take meeting minutes.
• Provide financial support and administrative processing according to procedures.
• Respond to enquiries and build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Support risk registers and risk workshops as needed.
