Job summary

Leeuwin Wealth Pty Ltd, a Perth-based wealth management and financial services firm, is seeking a Project Manager/Operations Analyst to own projects and processes across Wealth, Financial Planning and Operations. You will drive platform implementations, automation initiatives and compliance uplift, reporting to the COO.

This hands-on role combines project leadership with hands-on execution to deliver outcomes and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years' experience in operations, project management or business analysis within wealth management, financial planning or a related financial services setting.
• Strong systems aptitude with advanced Excel; Power BI, Power Automate or SharePoint experience highly regarded.
• Understanding and enthusiasm for AI and its various use cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational and technology projects end to end: scoping, stakeholder engagement, timelines, testing, rollout and post-implementation review
• Map, document and improve core processes (client portal, advice creation, client onboarding, and client service initiatives)
• Drive automation and reporting initiatives using Copilot, Claude, Microsoft 365, Power Automate and Power BI
• Support the onboarding and management of key vendors and platforms (e.g. IRESS, FinClear, investment platforms)
• Act as a go-to problem solver for advisers and the wider team

Project Manager/Operations Analyst - Financial Services

Leeuwin Wealth is a Perth-based wealth management, financial planning and corporate finance firm built for Western Australians.

We're a team of around 25 people, which means your work is visible, your ideas get heard, and you'll see the impact of what you build. We hold our own AFSL and are investing heavily in technology, automation and scalable processes as we grow.

The role
We're looking for a Project Manger/Operations Analyst to own the projects and processes that keep a growing financial services business running well. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll sit across Wealth, Financial Planning and Operations, turning priorities into delivered outcomes - from platform implementations and automation projects to compliance uplift and day-to-day operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both running a project and rolling up their sleeves to get the work done.

What you'll do

About you

Understanding and enthusiasm for AI and its various use cases

3-6 years' experience in operations, project management or business analysis within wealth management, financial planning or a related financial services setting

Working knowledge of the Australian regulatory environment (Corporations Act, ASIC Regulatory Guides, AML/CTF)

A track record of delivering projects on time with multiple stakeholders

Strong systems aptitude - advanced Excel essential; Power BI, Power Automate or SharePoint experience highly regarded

Exposure to Adviser Platforms and CRMs a plus
