Responsibilities include coordinating governance forums, maintaining plans and logs, tracking performance, and escalating issues. Strong PMO, governance, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in project governance, PMO, or program management.
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and project delivery environments.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and governance/reporting tools.

Responsabilités

• Perform and oversee governance activities for a project or assigned area.
• Establish and maintain governance processes, procedures, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate governance forums, meetings, and decision-making processes.
• Ensure compliance with approved governance frameworks, policies, and standards.
• Manage project governance documentation, including plans, registers, actions, and decision logs.
• Monitor and report on governance performance, risks, issues, and key actions.
• Support the preparation of governance reports, dashboards, and briefing materials for stakeholders and leadership.
• Facilitate the escalation and resolution of governance-related issues.
• Work closely with project teams to ensure governance obligations are understood and met.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve governance processes and practices.
