Job summary

Amentum in Adelaide is seeking a Program Controls Governance Manager to oversee PMO baselines and reporting, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with governance processes across projects.

You will manage baseline change control, coordinate PMO dashboards, monitor performance, and support governance forums with a focus on data quality and stakeholder communication.

NV1 clearance is required; the role is on-site in Adelaide with a 40-hour week.

Qualifications

• Experience in PMO, program controls, project controls, or project governance.
• Strong reporting, analytical, and organisational skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and govern project baselines, including scope, schedule, cost, and resources.
• Manage baseline change control processes and ensure changes are appropriately reviewed and approved.
• Coordinate and maintain PMO reporting, dashboards, and performance updates.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of project reporting.
• Monitor project performance against approved baselines and highlight key variances and risks.
• Support governance forums, reviews, and reporting requirements.
• Promote compliance with PMO standards, processes, and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting and governance practices.
