Job summary

XPT Software in Sydney is seeking an experienced Product Owner/Service Owner to lead product strategy and act as a spokesperson for clients, ensuring the delivered solution matches user needs. You will define EPICS and User Stories, maintain the backlog, align budgets, create a product roadmap, and serve as the main liaison between development teams and stakeholders to drive value.

Qualifications

Experience as Scrum Master and Product/Service Owner within SAFe/Agile environments.
Ability to identify and prioritise client needs, define user targets and main features.
Proficient in updating and prioritising the product backlog to deliver value.
Experience defining EPICS and User Stories within budget constraints.
Ability to present the backlog and product strategy to clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Define EPICS and User Stories to meet customer needs within budget.
Ensure the product backlog is prioritised to align with stakeholders' requirements.
Lead the development roadmap and communicate progress to clients.
Create and adjust product strategy based on velocity and team capacity.
Act as the main liaison between teams and stakeholders throughout development.
Inform stakeholders about product status and iteration outcomes.
