You will translate business needs into user stories, manage the backlog, align priorities with commercial goals, and guide release planning while travelling nationally to meet clients as required.

Qualifications

• You have experience in Product Owner, Senior BA or product-focused roles.
• You can manage product backlogs and prioritise competing demands.
• You gather and document business and functional requirements.
• You work closely with software development and QA teams.
• You apply Agile delivery methodologies and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the product backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather, analyse and validate requirements.
• Travel nationally to meet customers and identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into user stories, features and tasks for delivery.
• Partner with development and QA teams throughout the lifecycle.
• Lead backlog refinement, prioritisation and release planning.
• Evaluate and prioritise enhancement requests balancing demand and strategy.
• Review defects and ensure triage and resolution, with QA oversight.
