Job summary

Chamberlain Group, a global leader in access solutions, seeks a commercially-minded Product Manager in North Ryde to own a key category from strategy to shelf. You will lead new product development, manage portfolio health, and own the P&L with Product Marketing as a partner to bring products to market.

You will build annual category plans, drive packaging development, and coordinate across sales, S&OP, finance, quality and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or related field.
• 5–8+ years in product or category management.
• Experience managing portfolios in B2B and B2C environments.
• Hands-on experience with stage-gate product development.
• Confidence owning a P&L and building data-backed business cases.
• Multinational experience in Asia/Pacific and Middle East is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Own the category strategy and understand users, channels and competitors.
• Build the annual category plan: range architecture, pricing and positioning.
• Lead new product development through our stage-gate process, from business case to launch.
• Own packaging development: structure, cost, compliance and artwork.
• Manage lifecycle and portfolio health, including range reviews and SKU rationalisation.
• Own your category P&L and hit target with actionable insight.
• Represent your category across sales, S&OP, finance, quality and supply chain.
