Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the product function behind its Ads Manager platform. You will own the consolidated roadmap and lead a team of three Product Managers, shaping priorities and delivering alignment across engineering, design, commercial and executive stakeholders.

You will drive commercial outcomes with a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, leveraging data to inform prioritisation and delivering initiatives on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 3+ years in a formal people leadership role
• Experience scaling complex B2B or SaaS platforms
• Proven ability to consolidate roadmaps across product lines
• Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder influence
• Technical understanding including APIs and SDLC

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development and delivery of the consolidated product roadmap for the Ads Manager platform.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of three Product Managers.
• Consolidate multiple roadmaps into a single prioritized plan.
• Partner with engineering, design and commercial stakeholders to drive alignment.
• Align product decisions with commercial objectives to grow revenue and profit.
• Maintain regular engagement with senior stakeholders to secure alignment.
• Embed product management best practice across discovery, delivery and go-to-market.
• Use data and insights to inform prioritization and measure impact.
• Identify emerging technologies and opportunities to enhance product experience.
