Autobacs Australia is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own product lifecycles from concept through to market success, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver on-time, high-quality offerings.

You will identify new business opportunities, evaluate commercial potential, and work with stakeholders across regions to turn ideas into market-winning products and sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in electronic or automotive product design/engineering.
• Experience in a dynamic product management role in electronics or automotive industry.
• Experience managing the product commercialization lifecycle from concept to market launch.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong commercial acumen and communication skills across geographies.

Responsabilités

• Develop and drive product and business growth strategies across cross-functional teams.
• Analyse customer needs, market trends, competitor offerings and sourcing opportunities to identify viable growth opportunities and ROI.
• Lead product development with third-party factories, ensuring solutions meet quality, technical and compliance requirements.
• Manage product development timelines and coordinate with relevant functions to ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop and align go-to-market strategies with marketing activities and measure results.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle from research to launch and market performance.
• Develop product strategy and business cases covering key use cases, pricing, revenue and profitability.
• Translate product strategy and market requirements into clear specifications for engineering and manufacturing.
• Analyse market and customer data to support sales propositions and marketing communications.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, marketing and sales to ensure successful development and ongoing performance.
• Develop compelling product positioning and messaging to reinforce Autobacs as an innovation and quality leader.
• Take ownership of commercial health and performance of assigned product categories and drive growth actions.
