DBG Health is seeking an experienced Product & Alliance Manager to join our pharmaceutical business in a role that blends end-to-end product management with strategic alliance oversight. You will lead brand strategies, lifecycle planning, and partner governance across Women’s Health products, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Medical, Regulatory, Finance and Supply to drive strong commercial outcomes.

Competenze

• 3–5 years’ experience in product/brand management within healthcare.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian pharmaceutical landscape and PBS dynamics.
• Proven track record launching brands and managing lifecycle.
• Strong financial acumen: forecasting, budgeting, P&L and gross margins.
• Excellent stakeholder management across cross-functional teams and partners.
• Strong analytical, project management and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Own the commercial performance of assigned brands and portfolios, including women’s health products.
• Develop and execute brand plans, launches, campaigns and engagement initiatives.
• Analyse market, customer, competitor, prescriber and pharmacy insights to identify opportunities.
• Lead forecasting, demand planning, budgeting, and performance reporting with Finance and Supply.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations of strategic pharmaceutical partnerships, governance and reporting.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure compliant, high‑quality execution across brands and alliances.
