St John WA is seeking a Procurement Business Partner to oversee the commercial lifecycle of complex procurements within the Enterprise Performance department. You will lead strategic sourcing, supplier performance management and contract guidance, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver value and compliant processes across WA.

You will build strong partnerships, manage negotiations, and drive cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of governance and safety.

Competenze

• 5+ years in procurement or related field in complex environments.
• Formal qualification in procurement or commercial management (MCIPS) or willingness to obtain.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in Strategic Supply Chain Management or Logistics and Procurement.

Mansioni

• Build partnerships as primary procurement contact for assigned business areas.
• Lead procurement planning and pipeline management, align sourcing with budgets and risk.
• Manage complex procurement activities including sourcing, evaluations, negotiations and contract development.
• Oversee RFQs conducted by Procurement Officers and provide guidance.
• Guide contract and supplier management, lead performance reviews and escalation.
• Drive value, streamline processes, reduce costs while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain governance and compliance with policies and legal requirements.
• Collaborate within the team and support priorities to deliver high-quality outcomes.
