Job summary

raafa is seeking a Procurement & Contracts Manager to lead end-to-end procurement and contract management in Western Australia. You will develop the procurement strategy, drive category plans and oversee sourcing pipelines to deliver value for money and probity.

You will manage market research, RFx development, evaluation, negotiation and contract awards while ensuring compliance with internal policies and ISO 20400 standards. A degree in a related field and MCIPS are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have proven experience leading procurement strategy and category plans.
• Experience delivering end-to-end sourcing, tender development and contract awards.
• Familiarity with probity requirements and governance in regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the procurement strategy, category plans and annual sourcing pipeline.
• Lead procurement improvement initiatives including digital tools and policy updates.
• Manage end-to-end sourcing: market research, RFx development, evaluation, negotiation and contract award.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, internal policies and industry standards (ISO 20400).
• Manage the full contract lifecycle including onboarding, KPIs and contract register.
