Job summary

Snowy Hydro is seeking a commercially minded Procurement Manager - Retail & Corporate to lead strategic procurement across OPEX & corporate services. You will translate category strategies into actionable project plans, manage large packages, and drive value for money with strong stakeholder partnerships.

You will mentor a Procurement Specialist and deliver savings targets while upholding Snowy Hydro policies.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Procurement, Law, Engineering, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Translate category strategies into project-specific procurement plans.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including RFQs, RFPs, and EOIs.
• Deliver value for money and manage supplier performance.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to Procurement Specialist.
• Engage stakeholders and drive continuous improvement in tools and processes.
